The cake order I placed didn't work out. I'm in search of a skilled baker who can create a custom two-tier cake (similar to the one in the attached pic) by midday on Saturday 30 August.

I’m a busy professional and need someone to plan, shop, prepare and put in my fridge healthy delicious one-portion meals (lunch + dinner) on a weekly basis, commencing the week of 30 June. I travel quite a lot so the # of meals each week would change. But, on average, it would be 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Some weeks it will just be for 1 person, some for 2 (my partner works remotely). I love good food and variety, organic when possible. High protein and low carb. With a lot of variety. You can cook at your home or in my kitchen. Either way food would need to be left in my fridge once a week on a Monday or Tuesday. Please include a sample week meal plan in your response, as well as your favourite cooks books/food inspiration and your experience cooking and preparing high quality food. Budget excludes cost of ingredients.

Prepare 3 bulk meals for the fortnight (1 meat, 2 vegetarian) that have reasonable macros and don’t contain nuts. Hoping for approx 50-56 meals (2 meals x 2ppl/ day). Very flexible on the how, where and cadence. Price is exclusive of groceries and open to any offers/ quotes. We’re just a couple don't enjoy cooking and are trying to be healthier. Things aren’t currently working so we’re trying to mix things up/ explore other options. Appreciate your time thanks.
