The meals are intentionally simple to prepare, and consistency and following instructions are more important than creativity. This is regular weekly work for the right person, except for the occasional week when I’m travelling. WEEKLY TASK - Purchase all ingredients - Prepare two simple recipes, with six servings of each (12 meals total) - Meals are meat with either rice or pasta (eg spaghetti bolognese or chicken and rice) - Cook using no added salt and only the specified low-sodium ingredients - Portion the meals evenly into clean containers that I provide - Deliver the prepared meals to my home in Ainslie, preferably on the weekend I CAN PROVIDE: - Recipes and ingredient quantities - Suggested exact ingredients based on Coles or Woolworths (depending on where you shop) - Clean containers for storage Additional notes - There may be 3–4 recipes in rotation, but you will not be expected to invent new meals each week - Precision matters (especially around sodium), so please be comfortable following instructions exactly REQUIREMENTS - Comfortable following clear, detailed instructions - Careful with sodium (no added salt or “season to taste”) - Clean and hygienic food preparation - Reliable for weekly weekend delivery

Need someone to do my weekly meal prep for me. I'll provide the meal plan/recipes, you would need to do the shopping(I'll cover this too since it will be variable week to week) and doing the meals and delivering them to me once a week(over the weekend or on monday morning). It'll be 10 serves in total(5 lunches, 5 dinners) though most recipes will be multiple portions so you won't have to cook 10 separate meals. Recipes will be pretty basic think Recipetin on the high end though most will be things like chicken breast, cottage pies, taco meats, etc.

I’m a busy professional and need someone to plan, shop, prepare and put in my fridge healthy delicious one-portion meals (lunch + dinner) on a weekly basis, commencing the week of 30 June. I travel quite a lot so the # of meals each week would change. But, on average, it would be 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Some weeks it will just be for 1 person, some for 2 (my partner works remotely). I love good food and variety, organic when possible. High protein and low carb. With a lot of variety. You can cook at your home or in my kitchen. Either way food would need to be left in my fridge once a week on a Monday or Tuesday. Prepare 3 bulk meals for the fortnight (1 meat, 2 vegetarian) that have reasonable macros and don’t contain nuts. Hoping for approx 50-56 meals (2 meals x 2ppl/ day).
