Run each shower individually and test thoroughly to identify which bathroom(s) is/are leaking, and pinpoint the exact source (e.g. waste pipe joint, P-trap, pipe connection). 3. Repair/reseal/replace the faulty plumbing component(s) causing the leak(s). 4. Re-test after repair to confirm the leak(s) have stopped before closing up. 5. Once confirmed fixed, patch and reinstate the ceiling/cabinetry and any wall sections opened for access, to a neat, presentable finish (plastering/painting touch-up if required). We have tenants in this house who are complaining about a gap where the plumber has brought water pipes into the kitchen. We require a handyman/carpenter to cover these gaps either from under the house or from in the kitchen. It's not really visible unless you really look so doesn't need to be extremely neat. Found the shower mixer to leak from the cartridge. The mixer cartridge is in need of replacing and the handle. The tenant advised me the kitchen spout is seized and does not swivel. Also issue with toilet not filling correctly. Task: To remove existing handle and mixer cartridge. To supply and install new mixer handle and cartridge to the same location. Hi there! We're in the process of installing a retaining wall that we bought from a crew in Maryborough. The last bit left is installing the 'stair kit' (1.6m x 1.6m, with 5 steps at 400mm intervals). We have to: - use an angle grinder to cut the steel supporting posts to height - bolt the steel supporting posts to each concrete sleeper (including maybe creating a 12mm-ish hole in each bit of steel) - lift in each concrete sleeper (5 in total, one for the front of each step) - fill with road base, and then gravel I'm chasing someone who can help oversee and instruct us, as first-timers. The rest of the wall looks awesome but I don't want to get this wrong! Estimating a 4-5 hour job in total. Located Urraween. - Due date: Flexible
