I'm setting up a GNSS antenna on my roof. I need to run the cable from the roof down to an ethernet cable outlet. I've found the ethernet cables in the roof. The outlet is in a cupboard that does not line up with wall, it is offset and I can't get cable to the outlet. I'm a complete rookie at this, no tradie or tools at all. So I'm hoping it's straight forward for someone who knows what they are doing. I've attached two images of the outlet and the cable..

Install 1 ceiling light point with switch in a small hallway (currently no existing light). Install an LED strip light in the alfresco ceiling recess, projecting upward to provide soft indirect lighting. Install 3 or 4 ceiling-mounted light points in the garage, projecting light upward. This replaces the previous plan for LED strip lighting in that area. All work must comply with relevant electrical standards, and a compliance certificate is required upon completion.
