- extend an existing timber retaining wall and build a couple of steps between the existing and new section. May need to cement in a couple of posts but minimal digging otherwise. - add timber edging to existing wall section - put in post and hang side gate - timber, screws, gate and hardware required all available and may have some tools onsite - additional jobs available include moving timber from back of house to front and removing rust from pylons Ideally I need the steps done by Sat PM. Other jobs can be done within current fortnight

Fix a few steps on the entry timber steps, sand and stain them. There are roughly 33 steps

I’m looking for some help removing 4 smallish tree stumps from my yard. I’m hoping to have them fully dug out, including all the roots, and removed (instead of stump grinding), so someone with the right equipment (like an excavator) would be ideal. As we will be using the area we will need the roots removed as well. I’m easy when and happy to provide photos or answer any questions. We have a small laundry and want to stack our dryer on our washing machine. This will require removing the shelves located above the washing machine. Would be ideal to keep the very top shelf - as I don't think the dryer would reach that high. But if it adds significant complexity happy for it to all go. We will also require the taps to be changed to flatter ones so that the dryer doesnt stick out so much. Will provide taps. Finally need help loading dryer and installing the stacking kit. Looking for someone who can help with: 1) Shelf removal 2) Install taps 3) Install stacking kit (putting dryer on washer - I can help lift) Looking to get this done in the next couple of weeks or sooner. Feel free to offer what you think is reasonable.

These used to be concrete pillars. Need chiselling down so they closer to flush with the ground around it. 9 in total.

We have a LG neo plasma inverter split system air conditioner. It keeps turning off every couple of minutes and flashing CH 5. Need this fixed. Not sure if it’s a timer issue we aren’t knowing how to fix. Never had problems before.
