I want to change the taps on my bathroom sink. I’ve bought the new taps, but I need someone to come and unhook the original ones so I can paint the basin, and then come back when that’s dry to put the new ones on.

I have chopped down 3 pine trees and 1 hedge type bush (all in a raised garden bed), and would like the stumps to be ground so I can plant new trees/ plants.

We’re looking for a licensed electrician to help diagnose and resolve a recurring issue at our home. Whenever we run the washing machine and dryer at the same time, one particular fuse keeps tripping. The house is older, so it may be a wiring, load, or switchboard issue—we’re not sure. Need a small room painted and a few touch ups

Need qualified and insured plumber to install bathroom vanity, replace some taps, and replace a toilet cistern. Labour only. Vanity - Remove and dispose of existing bathroom vanity - Install new vanity - which may involve using a filler panel and sealant to cover a side gap. Some cabinetry skills may be required - you will need to make a cut out to hide the plumbing on the wall-side (see photo). - All plumbing work related to this job. Taps - replace tap in vanity to 1 hole tap, and taps (pictured) in shower. New taps will be supplied. Cistern - replace old toilet cistern with new cistern and seat combo. Happy to be an extra hand to help out if it brings price down. Isolation valve is located within the apartment so pretty easy. Ideal if existing vanity is also disposed of.
