Approx 30m2 teak deck currently in pretty good condition. Several boards need a sand to get rid of some splits and weathering in wood (see photos). 2 sets of steps and some side boards. Has numerous coats of Intergrain Ultra Deck Natural currently on it. Can supply product if needed. 2 coats needed.

The brick wall has gaps in the paint where sand is leaking (Photo 1). I need these gaps sealed with an appropriate material such as cement. In photo 2 is an example of how gaps in another part of the wall have been sealed previously which was using cement.
