Replace 2x bathroom taps and 1x spout with new existing taps and spout (similar), no pipe work required.

Replace 2x taps in bathroom. If the new taps don’t cover the hole/space in the wall tile then to replace the washers only (as the shower is leaking). Free parking on the street.

Large gap in the floor and afew holes here and there need to be filled in cafe to stop pests from entering . You will likely need a small amount of metal sheet or wood / glue to cover the holes. Open to suggestions. Job should take 1 to 1.5 hrs

My Simpson 5KG tumble dryer has recently started turning off very few minutes during the load. When I googled the reasons it looks like the most likely cause is the dryer is overheating, and potentially the motor needs replacing. The dryer is attached to the wall and was already there when we moved in so not sure how old this is. Ideally need help removing from the wall and fixing! When I wiggle the cable in the plug socket it seems to work again briefly and then it stops1 - Due date: Flexible
