Timber Californian bungalow has slight cracks in parts of bedroom, prepare cracks and paint were needed, very high ceilings, just needs touching up in areas. Description of trees -------------------- i) A-tree and B-tree: Both similar looking trees. Their branches and roots have been putting pressure on the old fence (collapsed). Remove both trees and grind stumps so a new fence can go across. ii) Plum tree: It's very close to the corner fence. Not fruiting anymore. Remove tree and grind stump so the new fence can go across. iii) Palm tree: Getting unmanageably tall. iv) Do not cut the Pear tree. Not in the way of the new fence. Number of trees in the scope of this job: 4 - Timing: End of April. Attempt to coincide with fence job sometime in May.
