I need 3.0 sqm (100mm thick) of concrete pathway broken up and loaded into a trailer onsite. Under the slab there is loose aggregate to be removed. Wheelbarrow available here. You will need your own drill/sledge hammer etc to perform the job. Posted budget assumes tasker has to hire concrete breaker from somewhere like Kennards. If tasker has his own breaker then money offered would be less.

I had a new patio roof put on to replace a shade sale setup. The tradesmen used new concrete footings and just cut off the old poles at the grass line. I would like to lower the old footings enough to allow grass to grow over. So 10cms or so. Also the new footings I would like to grind the unused portion of the footing down to allow grass to grow up to the new footings. I'm flexible on dates and times. Hoping to get it done this week sometime. So between 13th sept to 16th sept.

I need someone to help me with a drainage problem. I have a concrete path that slants into the corner of my house pooling a lot of water. I think maybe I need to cut into the concrete & lay a drainage pipe? I'm not exactly sure that is the best solution & happy for advice.
