Hi, I need a skilled handyman to fix a set of three existing concrete stairs that are currently very uneven. The previous work done on them was poor, and now the step heights (risers) are all different, which is a trip hazard. I plan to tile over them as the final solution, but they need to be cut down and levelled first.
