I need a person with basic mechanic knowledge (it doesn’t need to be a professional mechanic),for exmple the person can only be a junior mechanic who can help with my Hyundai Getz Clutch. (Car Plate: UVV 343 Victoria State: VIC). It doesn’t work and can’t move the car. I’m in Sydney CBD. My mechanic is now in Brisbane and comes back in around 2 months, so he can’t help me now. However, he did an assessment by phone and video call in the car and according to him the issue is: it’s your slave cylinder, there’s no pressure there to allow the clutch to disengage. so you need to replace the slave cylinder and bleed the clutch system to bring back pressure. total cost for this should be around $300-$320. 2009 Toyota Corrolla Conquest Sedan Funky vibration sounds @ 80kmh+. Squealing (sometimes) when reversing Turning at slow or fast speed encourages vibrations in the front end. Front right sounds like the location but not certain. Suspect a cv joint needs replacing and/or wheel bearing but I’m not a mechanic.

I’ve recently replaced the clutch master cylinder on my 2006 Honda Civic (manual). During the job, we found the pipe from the master to the slave cylinder was damaged. I now have the correct replacement pipe and just need it installed. The old one is already removed. Task is to fit the new one and bleed the clutch. Car is parked in Redfern. Have adjusted the budget but happy to negoatiate!
