The Tasker must provide all necessary parts and consumables, including: Full Clutch Kit: Must include both Friction Plates (Fiber) and Steel Plates. (Preferred brands: EBC, Barnett, or Genuine Honda). Clutch Cover Gasket: New right-side engine gasket. Engine Oil & Filter: 1.5L of 10W-30 or 10W-40 Motorcycle Oil (JASO MA2 spec) and a new oil filter (e.g., HF112). Tools: All necessary tools, including a torque wrench. Labor Required: Drain the old oil (check for debris). Remove the clutch cover and replace the full plate stack. Inspect the clutch basket for notching/wear. Install a new gasket and fresh oil/filter. Critical: Adjust the clutch cable at both the engine and lever ends for correct free-play.

The clutch has not free play. Bike starts easily but stalls when first gear is engaged. The clutch cable has no adjustment in it. The problem seems to be the push rod inside the clutch.
