What do clown services include?
Clown services consist of all the necessary activities for a clown to provide entertainment at your event, whether it be a children’s birthday party, adult birthday party, wedding breakfast, charity fundraiser, or corporate event.
Choose from different clowns for hire to work as your birthday clown or as a party clown to provide entertainment at special occasions for adults or even at company events.
Planning party tricks
Once you’ve hired a clown Tasker, they can take time with you to discuss their role in your event. They may show you a range of costumes they can wear and props they can use. Your clown Tasker may also recommend acts appropriate for your event.
Your Tasker can show you a selection of tricks they can perform. These may include entertaining activities like juggling, telling jokes, balloon sculpting, acrobatics, mini-bicycle riding, unicycling, rope-walking, performing on stilts and many more. You can choose any combination of these acts and agree on the time and duration of their performance.
Demonstrating their clown act
After choosing the type of costume you want the entertainer to wear and what you’d like them to perform, they can do a short demonstration. This can be done via video conferencing call, so you don’t have to leave your home or office.
If it’s a company event, your Tasker can show you the most parts of their performance to help you see how they can fit into the event program. Some Taskers can go to your event venue and participate in a dress rehearsal, if necessary.
Performing at your event
On the day of your event, your Tasker can go to the venue early to get into costume, get into character and prepare any props or accessories for their act. You may want to ensure that the venue is decorated appropriately for the festivities.
Your clown Tasker can do their performance professionally and in accordance with your event program if you have one. They can do their act for as long as you agreed; some Taskers may do an encore performance upon request.
Interacting with their audience
Depending on your needs and your event program, some Taskers can do a “strolling performance” and interact with your party or event guests. They can walk around the venue and do quick solo acts for individual guests. They can do balloon sculpting, magic tricks or other short performances.
Your Tasker can do this before or after their main performance or after your guests have enjoyed their meals. Remember that you can hire a service to clean up after the party’s over!
