I have a small guest unit in my house in West Hobart I am renting on AirBnB. We are looking for a regular cleaner to handle the cleanings. It is just a studio style setup, queen bed, small couch, with a full bathroom and small kitchenette. It is brand new. The current cleaner spends around 30-45 mins cleaning. We have a minimum 3 night stay currently, so most stays will be 3-7 nights average it seems. We may also get a monthly stay here and there. We average around 6-7 cleans per month. We sometimes have a same day turnover (11am-2pm), and they sometimes fall on weekends. We have two sets of linens (sheets, towels, etc) that the current cleaner takes away and cleans, so just rotates the two sets each clean. Looking to establish a long term cleaner for the unit.
