I am looking for a cleaner for an end-of-lease clean on a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, ideally on January 11th. I have lived here for 10 months. There are no carpets in the property, so steam cleaning is not required. The property was not in a pristine condition when I moved in, so I am not expecting a highly detailed deep clean, just a reasonable standard to return it to the state I found it in. I have photos of the property’s condition at the start of the lease for reference to show the initial standard. Please note there are several specific exclusions based on the entry condition report.
