I’m looking for someone to do a deep clean, with a focus on the windows, walls, and carpet - the carpet has had a pong to it since the previous tenant & I need it gone so it doesn’t land on me. I need to create order and set up a home, as the removalists have just dumped everything. This house is temporary, being demolished in a few months, so it’s a basic 1 bedroom and open plan. 1. First step is assembling the bed, so I can start living here. It’s an antique oak bed with head and foot carved pieces, and basic wood base. 2. I want help to move everything into the right areas. 3. Set up the bedroom. 4. Create dining, lounge and office in the main area. 5. Move boxes, into the relevant areas. Some to the shed. 6. If time help unpack. I’m ok if its 2 people, but if 2, I’d like a male and female. Or strong female Or male who understands it’s a female girly home. Some basic cleaning of items also as required. I’d like to get the right person or people willing to help with assorted things ongoing. To help rearrange my storage unit, (also a dump and run) and put things in and take things out. And to help as I’ll be moving again in a few months. Also, the flexibility of staying longer if I need more time on the day. I want an hourly rate quote as opposed to whole job, with the bed assembly as the starting point and bedroom set up. So let’s start at 2 hours on an hourly rate. Then go from there at $35 per hour. End of Lease clean. 4 bedroom/2bathroom/2 lounge rooms. List below is a rough guide: Kitchen Cooking areas – clean oven, racks and stove top. Remove all chemicals and wipe marks. Exhaust hood – clean all oil marks, was Sinks – clean sink, tap and water spout. Benches – wipe down all surface areas and walls. Dishwasher – clean inside Cupboards – wipe inside and out. Inside Walls – wipe down all walls. Scrub off marks Windows – clean all windows and doors inside and out. Be sure to clean in the window tracks and blinds. Cupboards and draws – wipe clean. Ledges – wipe clean all ledges including, windows, skirting boards, top of doors, sliding door tracks. Fly screens – remove wash and put back Floors – vacuum or sweep floors before mopping (the carpets will be steam cleaned by another party) Bathrooms and laundry Mirrors – clean all mirrors and remove wipe marks. Toilet – scrub and disinfect including under seat and around the outside of the bowl. Shower – clean glass, taps and shower head, remove mould from grout, mop floor and allow area to dry. Basin – clean basin and drain, wipe down all bench tops, wall tiles and taps. Moving in clean. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Should only take a few hours and most rooms are brand new and clean and will just need to be vacuumed/dusted/moped. Bathrooms need a wipe over and tiles/grout scrubbed. Was a brand new house then floor boarders and sanders had to spend 4 weeks at the house so it needs a clean before we can move in. Need to get rid of saw dust. Would be amazing if windows can be cleaned too. 2 storey so please let me know if you have the facilities to clean windows up stairs. Late notice I know! Morning. I'm looking for a local cleaner for air bnb house cleans and to also occasionally hand over keys. The house is a 3br 1 bath. The cleans would include making beds and washing linens for the next guests, as well as restocking air bnb supplies (shampoos, soaps, breakfast packs). Every clean would involve a deep clean of at least one part of the house, ie Windows or ceiling fans, on a cycle. Must be a friendly face and if you have an ABN that is preferred but not essential. youll be working with another cleaner and the expected time is 2 hours to turn over.
