We have sold our house and need it cleaned before handing over keys. Need full end of 'lease' clean completed on 23rd Jan please. House will be empty of all furniture. House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Only 1 bedroom has carpet.

I am wanting a very thorough, deep clean done at our home. 2 bedroom cottage with one bathroom-laundry-combined. Wooden floors. We have been very busy and things have become a bit neglected - which is why I want a thorough deep clean (which may lead to regular weekly cleans). I’m really looking for someone to help my out by getting into the deeper cleaning that I haven’t had time to get to - I’m willing to pay the right amount for this to be done *properly* - so please quote accordingly. some of the jobs I’d like done: - all surfaces dusted and wiped - walls dusted / or wiped / spot washed - skirting boards wiped - floors thoroughly cleaned - windows washed (internally, at the least) - very small bathroom / laundry cleaned - outdoor patio swept / vacuumed / hosed down - oven doesn’t need cleaning as it has a pyrolitic function - but stove top and exterior to be wiped - wiping appliances (non abrasive products please) - other basic cleaning tasks I am happy to supply my cleaning products, I also have a karcher steamer and vacuum if needed.
