This is a redo to meet real estate standards, so I need someone thorough who can follow a checklist and leave the place ready for final inspection. OUTSIDE • Lawns: quick go over front and back • Edges trimmed front and back • Cobwebs removed from outside of house/exterior areas • Remove and dispose of all rubbish / boxes / bags / junk items currently on the ground outside • Empty all bins (all currently full): • General waste • Recycling • Green waste • Remove all packing boxes from shed • Sweep carport INSIDE (ALL ROOMS / ALL AREAS) • Vacuum floors thoroughly • Mop floors • Remove marks on walls and drip marks (magic eraser works well, agent tip) • Clean around door handles (hand marks and grime) • Clean light switches (hand marks and grime) • Remove cobwebs from ceiling • Remove cobwebs in window sills • Clean window sills KITCHEN • Wipe backsplash (currently sticky to touch) • Clean dishwasher (inside) and clean filters or replace filters • Clean glass inside oven (oven door glass) STUDY & CAT AREA (ODOUR) • Use Bunnings enzyme cleaner: make up solution and wash cat area (there is a smell) • Clean window sills in this area • Remove cobwebs off the wall in this area BEDROOM • Clean wardrobe tracks (dusty) BATHROOM • Put doorstop back on • Wipe bathroom door • Clean toilet seat • Clean soap scum off shower tiles, shower walls, and shower floor • Remove cobwebs around light and on ceiling • Use “One Shot” toilet bowl cleaner from Bunnings: make up solution and use it to clean shower and toilet (agent tip) When replying, please include: •Your availability and how long you expect it to take •Whether you can bring vacuum/mop and all supplies •End-of-lease cleaning experience
