Find a professional cleaner in Flaxton

We are seeking help with some of the more irregular cleaning tasks around our home. This includes things like: Cleaning the oven, cleaning windows, Dusting/cleaning surfaces (e.g. fans, shelves, bookcase, wardrobe, tables, TV, etc.), toilets, coffee machine, vacuuming any area our robot vac cannot reach and such. The exact things we need cleaned would change each time depending on what's most urgent, but in general it would be 3 hours worth and we would let you know what we want to prioritise first. We would be keen to find someone to come and clean monthly on an ongoing basis for 3 hours at a time ($80 per hour) to tackle these bigger items and help us keep on top of them. We are flexible with timing since I work from home, the only requirement is that its on a weekday (excluding wednesdays), any time between 9 to 5. If you can only do weekends we might be able to figure something out but weekdays will be preferred. Thank you! We are looking to get a fairly extensive clean before christmas. This would include dusting, wiping down surfaces like benchtops and tables, wiping down bathtub and shower, cleaning two toilets, cleaning our oven, vacuuming, mopping (our whole house is tiles), cleaning all windows both inside and outside. It's a single story house about 200sqm in area with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a study. We are hoping to get it done as close as possible to the 22nd of December.. so either on the 22nd or the week leading up to it. I imagine it would probably be 4 or 5 hrs worth of work, given the size of the house. A regular clean takes about 2 hrs, but this also includes the oven and windows. We are also looking for someone to be our ongoing regular cleaner (for fortnightly cleans) next year, so we can also discuss that if you're interested, but its not required.
