We need a cleaner between 11am - 3pm this Thursday 4 September for our small AirBnB terrace home in Fitzroy North, between guests. This would involve an estimated 4 hours of work including: - full clean of small 3 bedroom terrace home in Fitzroy North with one bathroom, patio, and small enclosed rear courtyard. - making 3 beds (1 king, 1 Queen and 1 king single) with already cleaned sheets / doona covers. - cleaning bathroom (including toilet, bath/shower, windowsills, mirror, glass, inside of mirror cupboards) - cleaning kitchen including sinks, oven, stove top, fridge, bench tops, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine cupboard/machine itself. - emptying dishwasher if needed, and sorting / cleaning kitchen cupboards and drawers as needed. - cleaning kitchen table, chairs, desk - sweeping or using hose (or karcher in rear shed) to clean outdoor area (particularly any bird poo on seating area and fallen branches/etc, also cleaning the small outdoor BBQ if needed and around the garden bed. - vacuuming and mopping of whole home. - cleaning mirrors/windows that are dirty - cleaning doors/door handles that are dirty - set up of runner on kitchen table, a few coffee pods next to machine, fruit bowl in centre of runner with any fresh lemons picked from rear tree, fresh dish sponge put out, ironing pillow covers, towels/mats on beds/bathroom, putting out of hand soaps/shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toothbrush holder. - cleaning of kids table + kids toy boxes + kids high chair/change table - any minor weeding as needed in small front patio area or in rear garden beds (place in green bin provided, and/or in rear alleyway) - putting out bins Thursday for collection Friday morning - decorating / making home look nice as you see fit. Basically, setting up the home so that we can maintain our current 5 star AirBnB rating. If an excellent job is done, there may be a lot of future work between guests to come on offer as our regular cleaner.
