Cleaner / Housekeeper Wanted – Very High Attention to Detail Required We are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed cleaner/housekeeper to replace our wonderful long-term cleaner who has moved into full-time work. This role is not suitable for someone who does a “surface clean” or follows a basic checklist. We keep our home tidy daily — what we are seeking is a fortnightly, end-of-lease-level clean where every nook, cranny, and detail is taken care of. What we’re looking for: • Someone who notices the small things without being asked • Wipes skirting boards, door frames, light switches • Cleans coffee machine, sinks, taps, mirrors properly • Cleans windows/glass as needed • Occasionally wipes out things like makeup holders or shelves • Removes dust thoroughly (not just visible areas) • Takes initiative if there is extra time (e.g. tidying kids’ playroom, books and toys neatly back on shelves) • Leaves the house smelling fresh, clean, and truly “done” Our previous cleaner treated our home like her own and would find jobs to do if she finished early — this is the standard we are hoping to find again.
