Seeking regular cleaning - fortnightly or monthly depending. 2-3 hour time slot please. Recently moved into a rental over Easter so don’t need a big clean to start with but want to keep it easy ongoing. Lounge area, 4 bedrooms and hallway are carpeted - they will need vacuuming. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are tiled - they will need mopping. Kitchen just needs the wipe down of cupboards, stove area and oven - deep clean of oven (maybe twice a year). 2 bathrooms will need toilets cleaned, sinks and showers cleaned. Bath doesn’t get used so if it looks dirty then a wipe down. Windows to be cleaned once every 3-6 months however would like this done on first visit then align with oven cleans in about 6 months time (this particular visit just the windows in the kitchen/lounge). Wipe down of buffet table, tv unit, tv’s, master room drawers. If there’s time - change of master room bedsheets and can put the washing on or any washing to be done. Possibly folding of clothes (Marie Kondo style) if there’s time. There are 2 adults and 4 childrens clothing. But this is not a priority as I usually like to do this myself. *will you supply your own vacuum/cleaning materials or need me to supply? I have supplies and a stick vacuum but it will die before completing the full house.
