Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/kitchen area. When I moved in a year ago, this place was absolutely filthy. Not clean at all and full of cockroaches. Right now, it's actually very clean. I don't need anyone to make this all sparkly and shiny at all! because I'm only obligated to leave the place in the same condition that I found it in. The landlord is an indecent and embarrassing person who shouldn't get more than he gave. * There's a big terrace, but don't worry, you don't need to clean outside at all (other than windows maybe). * Don't mop the linoleum floor in the living room and kitchen area. Vacuum cleaning is more than enough. * Bathrooms and kitchen should be moderately clean, but you also don't need to overdo it. The toilets were also disgusting, so only give those a light wipe please. * Oven and range hood need to be clean though. For some reason, they did in fact clean that.
