Find a professional cleaner in Baulkham Hills

Task description I have six timber dining chairs with light cream upholstered seats that need professional cleaning. The seats have some visible stains, marks and general discolouration from use. I am looking for an experienced upholstery cleaning specialist, rather than a general household cleaner. I would like the job to include: - Pre-treatment of the individual stains and marks - Appropriate stain-removal treatment for the fabric - Professional deep cleaning/extraction of the entire seat of each chair, rather than spot-cleaning only - Care taken to avoid leaving lighter clean patches or water marks - Removal of as much accumulated dirt/discolouration as reasonably possible - Suitable professional upholstery-cleaning equipment and products supplied by the Airtasker There are 6 (SIX) chairs in total. The timber frames do not need cleaning or restoration — only the upholstered seat cushions. Photos showing the current condition are attached. I understand that older stains may not be completely removable, but I would like someone experienced who can achieve the best possible result and bring the seats as close as possible to a professionally refurbished appearance. Please let me know: 1. Your experience with light-coloured upholstery and stain removal 2. What cleaning method/equipment you will use 3. Whether stain treatment is included in your offer 4. Approximately how long the chairs will take to dry

We are a couple living in a house with 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen, together with a non-shedding dog. We are looking for a reliable regular housekeeper for approximately 3–4 hours per fortnight. The main duties would include general household cleaning, with particular attention to the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming and general tidying, changing bed linen, and light laundry and ironing as required. We keep the house reasonably tidy ourselves, so we are mainly looking for someone to help maintain the home to a consistently clean standard.
