I work from home, and this time gives my wife a chance to get things done around the house or run errands without juggling bub. We have two school-aged children and a little one in daycare. Mum is a single parent and doctor who works from home part time. Godmother is a teacher who works casually, so she can help you settle into the role. We’re looking for a reliable, fun, and gentle nanny to join our chaos each week. Hours & Schedule: • Mondays & Fridays: 6:30 am – 9:30 am (3 hours): Help get the kids ready for school/daycare, prepare lunches, and do school & daycare drop-offs. • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm (8 hours): Care for our youngest during the day, with play, meals, naps, and outings as needed. • Likely possibility for more hours, depending on our needs and your availability. What we’re looking for: • Someone organised, nurturing, and fun • Plenty of experience with children of different ages • Dog-friendly (our two pups are very much part of the family!) • Open and comfortable asking questions – we’d love you to check in whenever you’re unsure, so there’s continuity between what you do and what we do. • An understanding of attachment – it’s normal for the kids to miss us or feel wobbly. Please keep us in the loop so we can support them together. • Flexible and fun – outings and adventures are welcome! The only non-negotiables are safety and making sure the kids feel respected and secure. My partner and I are both working professionals and are in need of a live in nanny to support and provide assistance to care for our son who is due to be born in late June.
