My daughter is aged 7 and is in full time school. I am a happily working professional father living in a spacious airy well lit home which is a 10 minute walk to Watsons Bay Ferry and an 8 minute bus ride to Bondi Beach. Your room is a beautifully appointed sunny furnished corner room with a double bed, built in robes and lots of privacy. The role is focused around two things: 1. Keeping my child happy, safe and supervised; and 2. Keeping the home tidy and clean. I am a very hands-on parent but also have a very time consuming job and need a mature, efficient and organised nanny/housekeeper to help keep the house humming :) Regular hours and tasks DURING SCHOOL TERM are MONDAY TO THURSDAY: * 6.30am-9am: Preparing her for school (breakfast, school lunches, dressing, drop off, quick morning tidy of the house e.g. putting away breakfast dishes and toys and making bed) *3.30pm-6.30pm: Pick up from school, giving her dinner and tidying up afterwards, playing/supervising homework, bathing her. *Flexibly throughout your 4 days; work: cleaning and laundry (approx 10 hours per week) *Additional hours required to look after her if she is home sick from school. *Otherwise, the rest of the week is yours! Regular hours DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS are as above but with up to three full days per week supervising the children / taking them for fun activities (e.g. the aquarium, zoo, playgrounds, ferry rides) when she doesn't have school camps or play dates booked.
