Once assembled, place the office chair on the back patio as well. 3. Rubbish Removal: Remove all packaging and cardboard waste generated during the setup. There is an existing stack of cardboard that has been accumulating on the front patio — this must also be removed. Do not use the yellow bin – all waste must be completely taken off-site.

When the back rollers are going down and are at waist level you can hear the motor labour, it drops in revs and will almost stop if you don't lift up your backside, it then continues. I lift myself quickly as I don't want the motor burning out. Also, when I release the pressure on the rollers by lifting myself up a bit, they seem to 'do a flip' while continuing. I don't know if there's a bit of material on the track jamming it or what as I've never seen inside it to figure it out.

Hi this armchair has a damaged timber join. It all presses together ok, and you dont see the damage. But of course, once the pressure is released the timber seperates again. It needs repair. I say "professionally" because i dont want the repair to be obvious without truely looking for it.

Outdoor setting needs sanding and oiling. Has not been under cover

Installation of 2 office chairs

Long weekend project! I purchased these second hand chairs to use indoors until I purchase new dining chairs. They will then be used outdoors. They are in pretty good condition but could do with a freshen up. There are 6 chairs, no rust. Just a bit dull and faded looking. Would like them re-sprayed in black. Looking for someone to pick them up on Friday, spray them/bring them back to life and drop back any time Monday. You will need to purchase the spray which I will reimburse you for.
