Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace an existing ceiling fan with a new one. This is a like-for-like swap. The old fan is currently installed (unsure if working) and I’m replacing it with the new red fan — see photos. Scope: • Remove and dispose of old ceiling fan • Install new fan in the same location • Connect to existing wiring - don’t worry about testing it I’ll be able to do the rest. I have bought and tried to install a new ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom but not sure it’s the right fit for the space. Need some advice and for this or a new fan to be installed. I think the plaster around the hole in the roof will also need repair. I also have an area around a new air conditioner outlet that needs plaster repair.

Ceiling fan has been fully fitted to upstairs ceiling (solid timber fitted between joists to hold fan). The fan has been fitted and hanging, but needs to be wired. Fan needs to be wired only. Existing 240v wiring can be found in the ceiling from ceiling lights. Installer will need to supply the extra power cable (short distance). Full access to ceiling via manhole. - Due date: Flexible
