Need two ceiling fans installed, weekend is better

I would like my outside balcony light to be replaced with an outdoor ceiling fan/light that's been purchased. I'm on the 5th floor of an apartment complex.

Install 6 new DC fans in second floor apartment, with gyprock ceilings. 2 will replace existing old fans and 4 will replace light fittings. Assume there are timber supports available at the current light fitting spots. There is access to the ceiling if needed, but I am flexible with the fan locations, so hopefully we can work it out. I can assist with anything, I will pre assemble the fans and have everything staged for installation. I have the fans ready to go. I am hoping that it will only take you about 2 hours. I have previously listed this, but I wasn't ready for offers :) I'm ready now :) Wednesday afternoon is preferred. Friday all day also works.
