The roof leak had already been fixed by a roofer. But, the water (and mold) mark on the ceiling remains.

Just need someone to come through and wash all the walls and ceilings. Sugar soap / wall eraser would do the trick, I imagine. Would need to bring a ladder to wash the ceilings too. It's a fairly small unit (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, all small), so shouldn't take too long, maybe an hour or two.
