Looking for someone tomorrow to deep clean greasy/oily walls in a kitchen ahead of repainting. Room is already cleared — appliances and surrounds are out of the way. The roof leak had already been fixed by a roofer. But, the water (and mold) mark on the ceiling remains.

Just need someone to come through and wash all the walls and ceilings. Sugar soap / wall eraser would do the trick, I imagine. Would need to bring a ladder to wash the ceilings too. It's a fairly small unit (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, all small), so shouldn't take too long, maybe an hour or two.

The ceiling of the verandah has got some mould and mildew growth that needs cleaning and removal. The entire ceiling needs to be cleaned, not just spot cleaned. The verandah is an L shape - one side is 10m x 3 m, other side is 5m x 3m. If you’re able to work around the table and the couches that’d be ideal. Everything else I can move out of the way.
