Looking for someone to inspect and clean what appears to be mould or heavy staining on a ceiling.

I am looking for someone to clean all the ceilings in my 2-bedroom unit. There are some watermarks in a few rooms, but not extensive. The eaves outside also need cleaning. It is a low-set, ground-level unit, and the work area is easily accessible. All equipment, ladders, and step ladders are provided. Cleaning products, including ‘30-second’ and mould-killer products if needed, are provided, along with protective equipment and drop sheets. Most contractors complete the work in one to two hours. Looking for someone tomorrow to deep clean greasy/oily walls in a kitchen ahead of repainting. Room is already cleared — appliances and surrounds are out of the way. Scope of work: • Deep clean 2 full walls and they he ceiling of a 3 x 4.5m kitchen using sugar soap and partial walls roughly 1x4m • Cut through oily kitchen grime/grease film (heaviest around the removed cooktop/oven area) • Two passes where needed on stubborn buildup • Rinse thoroughly with clean water after sugar soap to remove all residue — important, as leftover residue • Wipe/dry down surfaces on completion Requirements: • Sugar soap (I have 2 bottles if needed), buckets, cloths and rags (have cloths if needed) • Work safely overhead on the ceiling (bring your own step ladder/access gear or I have a small aluminium step if needed ) • Leave surfaces clean and residue-free, ready for undercoating

The ceiling of the verandah has got some mould and mildew growth that needs cleaning and removal. The entire ceiling needs to be cleaned, not just spot cleaned. The verandah is an L shape - one side is 10m x 3 m, other side is 5m x 3m. If you’re able to work around the table and the couches that’d be ideal. Everything else I can move out of the way.
