Description We are looking for an experienced videographer to shoot a high quality promotional video for our commercial cleaning and facilities company. What we like about this reference is the sharp, modern and professional presentation. It features real people in pristine commercial spaces, crisp uniforms, clean lighting and smooth cinematic shots that showcase professionalism and quality. The pacing is quick, visually engaging and straight to the point. Our goal is to capture our cleaners and supervisors working in premium commercial office environments that we service. The video should feel corporate, polished and trustworthy while highlighting real people doing the work. Example visuals we want: • Cleaners working in high end office spaces • Sanitising, wiping surfaces and maintaining facilities • Staff walking through corridors or entering buildings • Detail shots of cleaning work • Wide shots of modern commercial interiors • Uniformed staff presenting professionally Shooting style We will have permission to film at the locations. What we need is a videographer who works efficiently and can think on their feet. Time at the locations will be limited so the ability to capture strong shots quickly is important. Requirements: • Comfortable working with minimal setup time • Ability to capture strong shots in 1 to 2 takes • Flexible and confident improvising on the spot • Gimbal or stabilised handheld footage preferred • Slow motion capability for smooth cinematic visuals The shoot will take place at night in commercial offices, so strong low light performance is important. Sony A7S III or similar cameras would be ideal. Timing Shoot dates not locked yet but likely: • One main night shoot (approx 4pm to 12am) at one location • Possibly a second night at additional locations

7pm to 9pm Corporate end of year christmas party need some photos of people mingling, having a good times, a few posed pictures but mostly candids.

Require a mixologist for a few hours to make cocktails at a private function max 10-15 guests, please quote for wet and dry package as well as glassware.
