Living room and kitchen apartment

We have a leakage issue in our unit that is causing dampness in the flooring area (carpet, underlay and cement). The rough area estimation is 2 x 3m. Looking for somebody who can disinfect and dry the area. The carpet does not look like salvageable, that is fine just want to make the area dry and clean.

We have a small patch of concrete that is currently covered by a dodgy wooden structure (the wooden structure will be removed before you arrive). It used to be a floor to ceiling built in storage compartment that was removed. We want to replace this wooden structure with a patch of carpet that we have sourced from somewhere else in the apartment. The extra carpet looks to be SLIGHTLY larger than the hole that requires patching. We are looking for a cost effective job, and understand the carpet will obviously be a patch. We have: carpet that is JUST big enough to fill the void We don't have: underlay What we need: someone with experience to come and patch up this space, and advice on what underlay to purchase. This will be an in and out job, from research it should take an experienced person at MAX an hour. Turn up, patch, and depart. We have low expectations on what it will look like, but it still needs to be the best possible look understanding the circumstances.

I have had new carpet installed. When the installation was done, my 2 bedroom doors were removed (apparently because they needed to be shaved). I need someone to shave the 2 doors and reattach them. Would need to provide own tools, measurements etc. I also need one of the door stoppers reattached. Please see images. Standard size.

We have removed most of the commercial carpet tiles but the floors are sticky from the adhesive leftover. We want to clean the floor and return to it's original concrete approx 70sqm.
