Due to a small fire there has been minor damage to the carpet, power point, skirting board, and wall (plaster board) in a bedroom. The following work has already been completed 1. Cut out and remove section damaged carpet 2. Sand and apply filler to skirting board 3. General cleaning of area and sanding of wall. What remains is; 1. Replace damaged power point, the replacement power point is already Purchased and just meet to be connected 2. Replace small section of the carpet, the actual carpet will need to be sourced and match as close as possible on existing carpet. a sample of the carpet can be provided to help with matching and the amount required is approx 1m squared 3. Sand filer applied to skirting board and any other required task to preparing surfaces for painting 4. Paint skirting board and wall as required. Most of the items for the job are already available, with the exception of the carpet. The cost of the carpet will be paid on top of the amount paid for the work. What is already available is, sand paper, paint rollers, paint (primer and normal). Carpet adhesive tape, replacement power point.
