I need to move the car out of our driveway & to be able to use it as we are having new floor laid & need to take my mum and pups out for the day whilst it’s being completed. Toyota RegisAce Intermittent remote operation When van first came in was able to register an additional aftermarket remote to the keyless entry module via diagnostic procedure Van left with both original & Aftermarket remotes operating When van came back remotes were not working. Tested replacing the receiver for door control but could not communicate with the new module Suspect issue to be to do with wiring Check earth in white wire which goes directly into door receiver module - it has good grounding. Found white harness plug near door control module had signs of water ingress Plug was difficult to pull apart and once apart found signs of water that had been sitting in bottom part of plug Bottom 4 pins were green with corrosion Tried to clean these pins up and clean with iso When re connecting plugs no response from remotes Suspect issue to be issue with writing near this white harness plug
