I'm looking for a mechanic to diagnose and fix electrical problems in my Holden Astra 2006. Here are the key issues: - Intermittent functioning of the horn, interior lights, and front headlights. Lights still work most of the time, horn doesn't. -The car has recently stopped starting altogether. Attempts to turn the car on make the SERVICE LIGHT blink and the ENGINE LIGHT turn (as showed on the photo). I haven't been able to test the electrical system as I don't have the necessary tools. The car currently won't start, and I'd prefer to avoid towing it if possible.
