Full system scan tool to enter vehicle PIN code for Jeep Patriot and re-establish ECU communications. Had auto electrician scan and found there is no communication between ECU modules and message for replaced PCM, which was not done. LHS reverse light doesn't come on, globes replaced. Upper stop light intermittently faulty. Front fog lights don't come on. Happy for the upper stop light to have wires run from the existing, working brake lights below for an easier fix. LHS reverse light likely just needs some tidying up of the wiring as the previous owner wired in reverse camera off of it.
