My passenger seat is not going up. Still going forward and backwoods but not going up. I think engine might be disconnected or without power to go up by itself.

I have a Mercedes Benz C200 2010 CGI Petrol Turbo Wagon W204 model. M271 engine type. I want to replace both engine mounts and the drivers side front wheel bearing. I have the 2 x engine mounts and the right side front wheel bearing kit, so parts supplied. At my home I have a large single car garage with good overhead lighting and concrete floor. Triumph Thruxton 900 has not been started fot three years . I want oil and petrol changed then engine checked over and started . Battery will need replacing

Swapping 22r engine for a fresh one. Have a new rebuilt bottom end and a brand new head with new cam and lifters already installed. Old head has been removed from engine already. Need to put new head on rebuilt bottom end. Finish removing old engine. swap oil pan, timing gear, carb and other accessories from old engine onto new. And put new engine into car and get it running. Tools can be provided or bring your own.

I have a Peugeot 308,2.0, SW, 2012. Engine light stays on all the time and when I start the car it says Engine failure. The engine's working fine (I've done hundreds of kilometres with this on). Two mechanics have looked at it and haven't been able to fix it. One of them ran some tests (see attached results) but would charge at least $400 to keep looking.

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable and honest mobile mechanic to check a 2012 VW Golf TDI (diesel). The check engine light is on, but the car drives fine. I’d like a proper OBD2 scan and a clear explanation of what’s going on — ideally without being sold unnecessary work. Not looking for the cheapest price, just someone fair and transparent who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t overcharge.

I need someone to come to my home and fit a new electronic ignition to my 1975 Toyota FJ40. Vehicle is running a standard 2F engine, carbs have just been rebuilt, new distributor cap, leads, coil etc AND new electronic ignition module (engine currently running on original points). Have just got the new module and this is a bit beyond my expertise.
