My 2014 Holden VF Calais V Series I SIDI V6 has developed an intermittent issue and I’m looking for an experienced qualified mobile mechanic (independent owner/operator preferred) with a professional diagnostic scan tool. Current issues: * “Engine Overheating at Idle” warning (occurred once after approximately 3 minutes of idling, cleared after restart) * Cooling fan intermittently running at high speed * Engine intermittently sounds like it’s lightly revving/surging at idle, although RPM remains at normal idle * Intermittent scraping noise during acceleration * MyLink infotainment system randomly rebooting Coolant level is normal with no obvious steam or significant coolant loss. I’m looking for someone to accurately diagnose the cause, advise whether the vehicle is safe to drive, and ideally carry out any required repairs afterwards (mobile or at your workshop).
