My car has been overfilled with engine oil and I don't want to drive it until the level is correct. Looking for a mobile mechanic to come to me and bring it back to the proper level. Vehicle is 2005 Mazda 3 sedan.

Looking for an experienced mechanic to replace 3 engine mounts on my 2015 Toyota Aurion GSV50R, 3.5L V6 (2GR-FE), 03/15 build. All replacement mounts have been purchased and are ready to install (new Transgold mounts). Mounts to be replaced: - Left-hand engine mount - Right-hand engine mount - Front engine mount Ideally looking for someone experienced with engine mount replacement and who has the appropriate tools/equipment to safely support the engine. Keen to get this done ASAP. Happy to travel locally if required (South East Melbourne area).

I have a cover on a Bus water pump that has corroded and I need it removed and swapped with the new one I have. It is attached by Alan keys that will need to be carefully removed so I have to not snap the heads. It’s in a semi tight area in the Bus engine Bay, but there is access. The new part also won’t line up exactly so a hose or extension pipe will need to be fabricated and installed also.

We’re currently dealing with a major engine failure in our Holden SV6 (registration: ZRU331). The engine started making a loud internal ticking/knocking noise, and after diagnosis it was confirmed the engine had been running without oil — likely damaging key internal components such as the valve lifters, camshaft, pistons, and timing chain tensioner. The mechanic advised that the engine needs full replacement, quoted at around $6,000 (parts and labour). However, the car is still under a loan, with around $10,000 remaining on the finance. If anyone can help us moving forward with this vehicle much appreciated, we’re also willing to give it up as it is beyond our budget
