Install Backyard Discovery 4.9 x 3m Sarasota Galvanised Steel Louvered Pergola on my wooden deck. The Deck needs to be cut at the pergola posts and concrete footings needs to be done, The pergola needs to be bolted to these concrete footings.

Existing driveway is paved on a concrete base, need the concrete base to be pinned into existing base to prevent cracking then paved. I have the pavers. I think the job needs to be inspected. I am in Vermont 3133.

Clean driveway and paint around 150 sq mts of bare concrete. Paint and Sealer will be provided. Do one coat of primer followed by two coats of sealer.

We are needing a quote to replace major long wooden support beam length of 2 car garage. Rotted wood roof frame on a small terrace plus skirting board at back of house. Expect quote to be round $5000 House is on sale now, not sold yet. We intend to include it in sale price of house. But that would depend on if being rented renovated. Looking for a Concrete apron and Driveway for a newly constructed house. I would like someone to install either flyscreen or perspex to cover the gaps in the pergola frame. Also some other minor work to match the look of the area above both windows. This will likely require cutting of the existing cement sheet and adding some timber above the left window. See pictures.
