Bathroom Demolition – Labour Only (Tools & Skip Provided) I’m looking for 1–2 experienced labourers to help demolish a small bathroom. I would prefer people who have done demolition before. Bathroom size: • Approx. 2.4m (L) x 2m (W) Scope of work: • Remove wall tiles and render (20mm marble that crumble easy) Render is hard to come off in most places • Remove floor tiles • Remove vanity • General bathroom strip-out and cleanup • No ceiling demolition required What’s already done: • Toilet has been removed • Glass shower screens already removed • Plumbing has been disconnected • Electrical has been disconnected • No bathtub to remove Access / setup: • Bathroom is up one level with easy access to stairs • Skip bin is in the driveway below — debris can be thrown over the edge directly into the bin What I provide: • Multiple size jackhammers and tile bits (various sizes) • Skip bin What you need: • Experience with demolition work • Ability to work efficiently and safely • Comfortable using jackhammers Notes: • Looking for someone who can get in and get it done properly without supervision This is a 2 person job for 1 solid day

Replace existing front and rear pergola roof sheets, flashings and fascia boards.
