Bathroom Demolition – Labour Only (Tools & Skip Provided) I’m looking for 1–2 experienced labourers to help demolish a small bathroom. Bathroom size: • Approx. 4240mm (L) x 1600mm (W) Scope of work: • Remove wall tiles and render (20mm marble that crumble easy) • Remove floor tiles • Remove vanity • General bathroom strip-out and cleanup • No ceiling demolition required What’s already done: • Toilet has been removed • Glass shower screens already removed • A number of tiles have already been removed — they come off very easily • Plumbing has been disconnected • Electrical has been disconnected • No bathtub to remove Access / setup: • Bathroom is on level 1 • Skip bin is in the driveway below — debris can be thrown over the edge directly into the bin (no long carry) What I provide: • Multiple size jackhammers and tile bits (various sizes) • Skip bin What you need: • Experience with demolition work • Ability to work efficiently and safely • Comfortable using jackhammers Notes: • This is a straightforward job — tiles and render come off easily • Looking for someone who can get in and get it done properly without supervision

Replace existing front and rear pergola roof sheets, flashings and fascia boards. Entrance Pergola- • Replace existing battens with new H3 timber battens. • Replace existing roof sheets with new colourbond sheets. • Supply and install two new wall pressure flashings. • Replace existing barge flashing. • Supply and install new roof roof screws. • Replace 8 m of existing damaged fascia board with new boards.  Rear pergola- • Replace existing roof sheets with new colour bond sheets. • Supply and install three new tinted skylight sheets only. • Supply and install new roof screws. • Replace 8 m of existing damaged fascia boards with new boards. General- • All materials supplied by contractor • Rubbbish removal by contractor • Materials to colour match as close as possible. • Silicone and in all necessary places to prevent leaks, gutters included • 2 to 3 business days for the works to be completed (pending weather) • Must be licensed and able to show references credentials.

Supplt and build a 12m x 2.5m on the back of the house as per the picture. The image uploaded is the pergola we need.

Approx 12 Linear metres of reinforced concrete driveway with varying widths and an average of 750mm. 100mm thick concrete on a compacted road base. Two expansion joints and screeded to match the existing driveway. One cubic metre of 20 mpa premixed concrete would be required. Some small formwork may be required. The owners will do painting to finish. (Garden hose in photo shows the profile) A quick site visit will be required before commencement. Timber handrail along the timber stairs to pergola requires replacing. The length of a handrail is around 3m and has 1 angle required at the top of the stair where rail goes horizontal. The old rail needs to be dismantled and disconnected from vertical timber supports . The vertical supports are not damaged, just the handrail. Apologies for the night photo. I need to do better image tomorrow morning.
