I need a skilled bricklayer/handyman to re-set 27 windowsill "splits" (approx 2.7m) in West Footscray. ​Prep Completed: ​Bricks removed and cleaned. ​Substrate cleared of perished mortar. ​Existing DPC (black plastic) is intact and exposed ​Garden soil will be lowered for clear access. ​Job Scope: ​Re-bed bricks, leveling from the top-down. ​Crucial: Maintain the existing DPC integrity (do not bridge with mortar). ​Finish with an ironed/concave joint. ​Materials: Brickies sand (3x 20kg) off white cement (1x20kg) and lime (1x20kg) are on-site. In the pictures half of the bricks are removed. I am removing and cleaning the other bricks, as well as the substrate and reducing soil level this weekend. Thanks.
