Reinstallation of blind

Got a blind that I need to get cut to size (width is 80cm; need 70cm. Length is 195cm; may look at cutting it down to 140cm). The blind is for the shed and do not need it installed. Just someone who is steady at cutting the fabric straight. Can bring the blind over somewhere suitable (as long as about 20mins from Perth) if needed.
