The roller blind chain have issue, when pull the chain, it is snapped/stucked when raising the roller blind, when lower the roller blind, it is smooth. Just one way have issue. Hi, my roller blind has a problem. When I pull the chain to raise the blind, the chain snapped and the roller blind head mechanism got stuck, so the blind cannot roll up or down properly. it is probably an issue with the blind head mechanism, which may need to be checked or replaced
