My roller blind is coming off on the bottom, where the fabric and the rod is off, and part of the roller on the top feels heavy to move with the chain beside. The plastic cogs in the roller blind are broken and the blind is stiff to pull. There are two blinds - an outer and inner. It is the inner blind in our second bedroom that is stiff to pull due to the broken cogs in the roller section.
