On your Sur-Ron Ultra Bee HP, the tail light wiring uses crimped bullet terminals inside a plastic multi-connector block. When you pulled it apart: • The metal terminal de-pinned from the housing • Some copper strands separated from the crimp • The locking tab that holds the terminal in the plug likely bent or released If you plugged it back in as-is: • It may not lock properly • It could cause intermittent brake light / tail light issues • It could short if exposed strands touch another wire

I need a help to diagnose and fix an issue with my BMZ e-bike battery pack (36V, 13.8Ah, 496.8Wh) for a Brose motor system. The battery has charge and powers on (LEDs light up), but it does not supply power to the motor. When the power button is pressed, I hear a short clicking sound from the BMS or controller, but the system doesn't start properly. The cells in the bike battery were replaced and connected everything the same way as before — it powers on, but the bike doesn’t start. The battery shows voltage at the output and the indicator lights up when it’s connected, but the bike doesn’t react. Looking for someone who can: - Diagnose the battery/BMS behavior and communication with the motor. - Test or replace BMS components if needed. - Ensure the battery unlocks properly and supplies stable output to the Brose motor.

Hello, I have a very nice mountain bike that I bought second hand four years ago. It's been sitting in my garage for the last two years. I've given it a clean, and am keen to ride it again but would like to get a quick "tuneup" and checkup just to ensure the bike is in tip top.
