2-3 hrs bartender at birthday party in Sydney CBD. Make cocktails, mix drinks,make sure clean bar, etc

Looking for someone to pour drinks and manage the table of alcohol at a Chinese restaurant on 16 August 2025 from 8:30 to 10:45 pm. Chinese banquet food will be provided. Drinks include liquor with chasers like vodka coke, gin and tonic, and shots. Dress code is semi-formal. No need for the bartender to bring any supplies or equipment; everything will be provided. No cleanup required, just pouring drinks and general neat and tidy space. Expected attendance is around 200 guests. Only one bartender needed, and no bartending experience is required.

Hello! I need a professional cocktail bartender for a Cinco de Mayo-themed meeting at my office, located right near Town Hall. The meeting will end at 4:30pm so you will need to be signed into the building and set up by this time. We will have a happy hour until roughly 5:30pm. The menu will consist of Margaritas, Sangria and a non-alcoholic cocktail (we can discuss what this will be). Would love if you could have equipment and ingredients included in the price. We will have members of our team on site to welcome you and help you set up. There are about 20-25 guests. We are surprising our team with your bartending skills and a mariachi band so would love your help in keeping it on the down low. Looking forward to working with you!

We are are local brand (Twenty39)of sparkling beverage makers. We are exhibiting at an Amazon event and need a bartender to demonstrate making cocktails using the qarbo sparkling water maker.
