Event Details: • Private 50th birthday • Up to 100 guests • Start setup: 6:00pm • Guests arrive: 6:30pm • Finish: Midnight (with possible extension) Scope of Work: • Set up bar area (ice tubs, glassware, bar layout) • Serve beer, wine & basic spirits • Make basic cocktails (nothing overly complex) • Manage and rotate glassware • Keep bar clean and tidy throughout event • Manage rubbish and recycling • Pack down and clean bar area at end of night Requirements: • All staff must hold valid RSA • Confident managing alcohol service responsibly • Friendly, professional and efficient • Able to work well as a coordinated team • One team leader required to attend a short site visit during the week prior to event to review logistics Looking for a reliable, experienced team who can operate independently and keep the bar flowing so I can relax and enjoy the night.
